My wipers are very slow on low or high which sucks in heavy rain, ant ideas, plus I would like to convert to intermittent, how hard would this be and what do I need?

Easy fix. Take a 12 mm wrench and remove the wiper arm. Use panther pis AKA penetrating oil spray of some kind WD-40 like that. Spray it down inside the pivots. If that does not work remove the metal cover on the motor. Where it has the worm gear. The grease is hard as a rock. Clean and re lube.
