    g54b help. manifold stud size

    just got a new mechanical head from clearwater but my old studs are garbage and some where just straight up missing... anyone know the sizes of stud/nut? cant find a new set anywhere... anyone know if i can grt rid of the stud and just switch to a straight bolt of same lenght? need info for exhaust/intake

    hey, all the studs are 8mm. best to use studs in an aluminium head.
    check the old studs for thread pitch/length.

    Go to enginemachineservice.com - he (Randy) is big into the starquest 2.6 motors, which are turbo truck motors. He has all the studs and just about anything else you would need.
