    94' Mgihty Max stacked rod bearing

    Got a 94' 2.4 5 speed Mighty Max that stacked the #1 rod bearing everyone is telling me the rod is junk now.. idk, I think the rod will be ok.. how long would it last if I just threw a crank kit in it without replacing the rod...

    better known as Spun Rod bearings....The crank and whatever rods spun will need work. You will need crank bearings rods( Spun ones) and luck.

    Yeah, tough shoving the pistons in from the bottom, eh? sounds like a little "re-fresh" coming. How many Miles?

    BTW the link you posted was for a 7 bolt Crank, you have a 6 bolt.

    I was told it wasn't the original motor but the odometer reads 200,175 miiles
    And what tells you I have a 6 bolt crank?

    Ok what year trucks come with a 7bolt crank cause the motor that come out is a 7bolt, I hva e a 1990 Mighty Max with the original motor that was a 6 bolt
