Montero upper control arms on mighty max please help

I have a 86 Mitsubishi mighty max 4x4, want more ground clearance. Now when gen upper control arms do I use? First or second? Or both I've been reading on older threads and it seems you can use second gens and there the only ones i can find out in the picknpull. One more thing one of my t bars in maxed out and the other one is about 3/4 of the way can i use t bars from something else more common? 4x4 mightymaxes and d50 seem to be really rare around this area for some reason. Any info would be helpful so I don't spend any more money then i need to. Thanks
