    2.6 balance shaft delete kit help! please

    hey guys i just received my balance shaft delete kit. it contained no instrutions lol. there are 4 pieces in the kit. a chain, a gasket, a bearing with no hole and what i assume is an oil pump drive shaft. do you leave the upper shaft in the block? is the bearing for the lower shaft? i didnt even know that there were two balance shafts lol im guessing that you remove the lower shaft. please help

    yeah that is for a 2.0 the 2.6 is alot different.

    There are videos on YouTube I think. Might give that a try. To remove the bearings, the video I seen showed them using the balance shaft itself to remove and after rotating it to block the oil holes, it was used to push bearings back in after that. It's not that hard to do the removal. After your done, you'll see and be a pro at it.
