Disc brake conversion for Yota rear Q's

I posted in 2nd gen and didn't get any responses.

I got a '90 yota rear and looking to put discs on it since I'm going with a
    warmed over 318 magnum.

Links or build threads or pics of a conversion that ISN'T A SIX (6) LUG... THat's all I'm finding
I'd like to do it as cheap as possible without spending 400-600$$

And if I have to go the 6-lug rotor, would it be out of balance to redrill the rotor for the 5x4 1/2?

    Front or rear?
If rear, does the caliper have a E-brake cable actuation?
