    another option to fix the cam bearings might be industrial aluminum filled epoxy on the bearing surfaces, then line bore to size - just not sure how long it will hold up, but they say it can be used for cam lobes, so it could work well

    That must be some freakin strong epoxy handling that much pressure!!

    The epoxy 'might' work on a bearing face as it isn't getting hammered like a cam lobe, but to be honest I've never heard of aluminium/epoxy composite being used in either application. ( kinda going off topic now... )
