Anyone know what the "Fleet Package" is?

My vin# says my 1989 D-50 has a "Eclypse Spyder Fleet Package". What the heck is that?

From what I could fine it seems to be "White body (fleet white), Stripe package (spyder stripes), with Chrome Rims" was made as a company fleet truck. Sort of like the white cop crown vic's and base line fleet 1/2 tons.
