    newbie post, with pic's

    Really only a newbie here, I have many 10's of thousands of posts on a variety of web boards of my various interests.
    Not really a newbie to these trucks, either. I'm on my third.
    - my 1st was an '86 D-50, first series, dual headlight
    - my 2nd is a '90 Mighty Max. It was an awesome truck that had many adventures and went nearly 300K, but is now beat and tired.
    And it was recently looking around the net to rebuild it that I came across;
    - my 3rd, a '93 Mighty Max Macro w/140K.
    I spent Memorial Day weekend installing new and transferring some old upgrade parts;
    - Energy Suspension poly bushings(new), rear spring shackles and eyelets, front sway bar and front torsion bars
    - Desert Rat rear traction bars w/poly bushings (old)
    - Rancho 5000 off-road shocks F&R (old)
    - Crager 15X7 black twist wheels (old) w/ 215/75 Yokohama Geolander A/T-S tires (new)
    - Smittybuilt twin tube rear bumper/receiver (old)
    - factory sliding rear window (old) (I did previously have a new front windshield installed)

    Ginger loves her new truck.

    No, no GSD. Her papers listed her as 'Terrier mix' although I don't know what 'mix'.
    Most Terrier's her size have the tops of their ears folded forward and hers are like a couple of radar antenna's - and they work like them, too!

    She came from a breeder and the paperwork just says 'Terrier mix'.
    I got her at 1 1/2yrs as an 'war orphan'. Original couple that bought her live in Hawaii. He was in the Army, got called up to Iraq. The lady came over to the Bay Area to stay with his family and had the dog shipped over. When he came back from service they went back to Hawaii, but you can't just import an animal back on the islands without going through a long quarantine. So the dog bounced around the family members who had a backyard for her until she ended up at a neighbors house, and then she was mine.

    She's now 5

    She is a pretty animal, I like the picture with her mini-bullet proof vest on.

    So, which rifle is hers? She seems more like a sawed off shotgun owner to me.

    I built both of those FALs on Coonan(DCI) receivers. Top one is an early style Isreali light barrel and the lower is Belgian FN.

    This is the picture I was trying to take when Ginger decided she needed to be in the middle of what was going on.
