    Want to lift my Mighty Max

    I really want to lift my 87 4x4 mighty max but some of the kits are too pricy. I've cranked the torsion bars up but I'm stuck. Is there any thing elts I can do to lift my truck without paying a lot of money?

    1st gen montero upper control arms for 1-2" lift in front, and rancho add a leaf for 2" in the rear

    Pennyman, I thought it was the 2g Monty UCA's that swap over, am I crazy? Maybe I'm thinking about the dual piston caliper swap from 2g's.

    that was the caliper swap was 2nd gen monty, the upper control arms are 1st gen.
