    Ive looked at the manual and ive manually moved the blend door. It looks like ive got to pull the dash out and the heater assembly outh later on today.
    It really sucks not having any heat in the middle of winter here in NC

    You don't have to pull the dash out. Just remove the glove box door, and you have all the access you need.

    Those trucks are so simple in how they are engineered it's almost comical. I don't feel your blend door is even close to being the problem. Has someone blocked off the heater core to hide a coolant leak at the core?

    Can't remember who it was earlier in the thread,, but I thing he was on the right track. Feel the heater core after the motor is fully warmed up. If it is cold, I'll bet it has been blocked off.
