It will be sometime this weekend before i will have time to take my bench out again and try to put them in . My biggest concern is they sit too far forward, and I'm 6'2'' tall,so they really need to be back as far as possible

I am 6'6 and a sixth of a ton(last time I weighed myself i was 333.3). I love being a giant although the cab of my truck does get a bit uncomfortable after a long drive
yeah u got a point there when it comes to living expenses. its quite expensive out here, especially SoCal. thats one of the things keeping me from moving back down there. lolThe cost of living here in this part of Va is so cheap,compared to cali I can deal with a few months of bad weather,because summer will be here soon,and the money i save can go into my truck

mine sit farther back then the bench, but they are really low. it actually makes for less leg room because you are almost straight, before had knees bent. i dont drive my mitsu far so i didnt notice til i took it to jersey shore and back in one night. 300 miles in a cramped space sucks
My bench sits all the way back against the rear of the truck,and i have plenty of leg room,but when I tried to install the buckets they sat way up close to the dash
These are the seats I'm using in my MM. They came off a Mazda B series Truck.

Look at the thickness of the seat back when looking at the seats - that will determine the distance you have for leg room. Thicker seat back = less legroom. Fiero seats work well space wise, but suck on long trips.

The brackets just wont let the seats slide back far enough,and the seat backs aren't thick at all,but I will not mess with them until after we move back to central VA next weekend
No luck yet,we are moving so I will not try till after aturday

That's half of the center console from a Acura Integra. I put the other half on, just haven't taken any pics of it.
When the rain stops,I will be trying to get my buckets in
i'd be curious as to the fitment of that center console in our trucks.. integra parts are countless, easy to find and cheap. lol

Measured my buckets seat rails, and they are the same size at the bottom,but my bench is 2" longer at the top ,which allow them to slide back further???
Just use your bench seat rails on one and see how it fits.
I was thinking about that, but I will need another set of bench seat rails if it works ok
I'm sure someone here has an extra set, just ask around. I got mine here. You can also check the salvage yard.
I removed my bench today, and took off the seat rails, and it appears that all I will need to do is drill one hole to relocate a bolt and I'm finally in business
