    HELP!!!!!!

    i just bought an 86 ram 50 royal with the 2.6L G54B... it ran an ok for awhile, would sputter when i would accelerate and sometimes die.. i thought it was because of the carb so i sprayed carb cleaner in it and i seem to have made matters worse.. will start but dies emediatly and then wont start again. i have to wait a few min to try again.. idk if its vacuum hoses or fuel lines or what.. i'm new to this truck and have little to no mechanic experiance.. any ideas????

    Change out the fuel filter first then we can go from there. It's in the back, just in front of the fuel tank.
