Is the ebrake lever stuck pulled out, or do you mean it somehow just got engaged while driving? Towards the back underneath the cab there is a lever where the one cable splits into two to go to each wheel, maybe the lever got hooked on something and got bent and is pulling one of the ebrake cables.
So i hit the bump n my car felt held back so when i parked it n tried to pull e brake lever the e brake lever was super hard to pull up
Now when the lever is down and in neutral i cant even push the car
jack up the truck, stick your head under it and look at the cables.
Look in the cross member by the trany. Somthing got bent or the cable got pulled and hung up on somthing.

check the cables themselves; if the shieves get rusty, the cables will bind and the brakes will lock on. Had a 84 Renault alliance that the shifter cable and the e brake cable siezed like that and the car was driven daily - what a pos; the car was only 2 years old too.

A Renault Alliance! Sure brings back memories, mainly of blown head gaskets!
it did that too at 24k - it was so underpowered that you had to shift the auto trans manually to get up the hills in Pittsburgh after you turned off the a/c. 72 hp with an auto was a joke - the manual was no better.
