    "Contact us" campaign?

If you want/need torsion bars for your pickup, how bout we do a "contact us" campaign at Sway-Away? The part number for 82-89 trucks is 1726. Go to the website (swayaway.com) and hit contact us, and send them the message that we want them! Perhaps if we can get 5-10+ people asking about them all at once...??

Hell, it's worth a try and will only take a few minutes...

Aye, I know...but one of our members purchased THE LAST SET of that part number in January 2011...the thread is archived off the old board.

I did find that ORW is a Sway-Away dealer, but that ain't gonna help much if the damn things are out of production. I fully intend to shoot a call that way, perhaps as a dealer, they may have more influence and/or can actually get the bastards to respond.

Sawy-A-Way it self is out of production. Heading to the grave. It's a shame, they were a good company back in the 80s and 90s, but were purchased by someone that drove it into the ground. Now they don't make anything until they have a large order, nothing in stock. If you do get something from them then it can take up to a year.
ORW will get them from some one. You can also contact bets spring company.
