you should ask him (your builder) where your instant center is gonna be? That setup looks very similar to mine and thanks to a friend pointing it out my instant center is out like 5 feet infront of the truck. However having a mostly 16ga sheet metal bed its gonna help bring it closer to the center of the engine. But it looks good and its coming along.
Hey bro how long are your link bars? And what is the axle size? I'm looking on ordering a link kit soon. I ordered my front parts couple weeks ago hopefully they come soon! Ur truck looks good bro
I am actually a girl unless u call girls bro lol... my bf got on my link to look at pics but I ordered my link bars 3 feet long so that they could be cut to size.. I have a lowrider depot account and that is where I ordered my bag on bar link set up.. cost me around 425.00 because I special ordered it, but I will ask him today what the axle size is =) My truck is coming close to getting done and he is staying home today to get some more work done. Unfortunately, I couldnt take off from work to help =( When I get home we are going to finally roll the truck out of the garage.. I just purchased 20's and had the inserts done in house of Kolors Hot pink... looks bad ass =)
Shit.. I guess I should have read that you were asking him lol.. sorry about that
Yea for a mini truck a good place for your instant center ti be is your front grille area. To find instant center take the imaginary lines that your link bars make if you extended them all the way out until they touched and the point where they intersect should be somewhere around the grille area.
Sorry bout that confusion lol but I guess it's for any one that wants to answer my question about the axle size

Hopefully I can get it back soon. I'm missing a lot of shows. Lol

There are 20 guys on here right now thinking - "if he would switch from the stock tank to a fuel cell then he could sell me his old tank", lol. Looking great can't wait to see it done. P.S. I am not one of the 20 wanting your gas tank...

Lol! Funny, I almost went with a Fuel Cell, but ran out of money. Got 'em to raise the bed floor instead. Maybe if I can save up the money, I'll get one next year and let these guys know.
Thats lookin tricked out man! Im Tuned in for the final pics
Looking good, and the work looks awesome too. I'm about to relocate my gas tank to the exact same spot as you, first so I can use a f.i. tank with in tank fuel pump instead of inline, second so I'll have more weight over the rear end for better traction, and 3rd so I won't need to worry about moving it when I bag my truck like you did. I was also planning on putting my tank and compressors in the same spot, what a coincidence lol. Looking at yours and lobeauty's brackets to hold the tank I should be able to come up with something fairly simple to mount it up.
Can't wait to see it done and laying on the ground Sergio!
