The mighty made it home last night after about a year of some much need TLC. Today its getting cleaned up and fluids changed and gonna go for a drive. The next few months are gonna be busy gotta redo the bumper mounts for a tighter fit and gonna be doing a five lug swap to update the wheels. After i get that done its going for a one off interior.

This project has been on the blocks for over 2 years, are you close to completion or has it been done and just not posting for that time?
The updated front looks good, nice to see some chrome on trucks since everything is going plastic nowadays. All clear light covers as well.

Thanks man Its getting real close. I got a little side tracked with other obligations. I bought a house and had to get it habitable, as well I went back to school to become a cnc programmer/machinist and consequently started a new job. The interior and stereo is my main focus right now. One of my close friends runs a trim shop and he is gonna do a one off interior in it. After that the only other major project is to convert to a 5 lug setup and get rid of the 80's wheels that were on it when it bought it. This truck is supposed to be my daily when its finished. Im trying really hard not to get too carried away since I'm in the middle of the build on my bodied Ranger also

What noise matting did you use? I don't see dynamat stamped all over it (I have heard some not so good things about dynamat in regards to it's solvent resistance...)
-
I used FatMat Mega Mat it is a butyl based mat. I am very pleased with it so far. It got very good marks on most of the audio forums I checked out. I do not recommend there lower end products. This stuff sticks very good and installed very easy.

The truck looks good man. How about some pictures of the bodied ranger?
