If it is only loose after warming up, I would think that heat would make it tighter because of the expansion of metals. I sometimes get a rattle on my truck up front from what sounds like in engine, but I located the problem and it was the upper most bar on the push bumper my truck has. It would rattle occasionally until one day I was outside my truck and heard it. Simple screwdriver tightened it or I just twist the bar slightly and it stops.
Check around the exhaust tube for egr that connects to the exhaust manifold. These bolts can loosen up as well as exhaust pipe bolts and manifold bolts. Worst case might be a damaged motor mount and the engine is shifting a little causing something to rattle.
