Fuel pump not getting power

So this is a relatively new problem that came up with my mighty max. My fuel pump does not seem to be getting any power. I replaced the connector with a new one, and tried turning over but no dice. Used the fuel pump check under the drivers side and I could hear it kick on, so the wiring to the back of the truck seems good. I'm wondering if maybe it has something to do with either the relay or the computer. Hoping it is not the computer as I have already replaced it, but it might have gone bad again.

Truck is a 1990 Mitsubishi mighty max 5 speed 2wd. I'm not sure on the engine type but will update my profile with it when I start working on it tomorrow. Just hoping maybe someone on this forum has run into the same problem that I am having.
