I'm getting 85psi on cold idle and about 70 when warm on the freeway. After it warms up it will drop to about 30 at idle. This seems excessive to me. Am I at risk of blowing seals?

Thats about what mine used to be (using dino oil and when cold outside). Use a lighter weight synthetic if its worrying you. That will drop it significantly, but still give you shear strength and therefore the protection you need for the turbo and engine.
