92, mm fuel rail not getting fuel? pump is working

Hello, just want to say hello to everyone being I am new to the site. Love it! I just purchased a bagged and body dropped mighty max, replaced entire wiring harness bc po had to much stuff cut due to aftermarket everything lol. Long story short I replaced entire harness,ecm, coils, fuel pum, gauges,dash........ After replacing fuel pump I tried to start and did at least get a hiccup from it but still no start! Pulled the hose that connects ts to the fuel rail off and turned engine over and doesn't seem that any fuel is coming out like it should. Any suggestions besides the obvious like clogged line or filter I can spray a touch of carb cleaner at air intake and it will start but instantly die, I pulled the plugs and the seemed dry, any info would be amazing. I'm ready to drive this thing. Thanks
