Welcome back to the site. I remember your truck. Anything new and exciting happening lately?

Not really, other than fixing to swap out all my interior bulbs for LED's - (5K white) from V-LEDs and waiting for my H3 5K HID kit to come for my driving lights. Planning on hitting up the JY Sat to look for buckets and Eclipse/Talon steering wheel.

How much did your hid kit set you back? I bought a set of obscured h4 housings and a 6k hid kit for my girlfriends Nissan 240sx fastback and that set me back about 170. The kit is a high beam halogen bulb and low beam hid kit.

nice little truck man...putting it to work huh..

I remember seeing your truck on the old site. It was what inspired me to put on my fog lights, mounted slightly differently though. Like your idea of wiring the turn signals and parking lights together. I've been wanting to do something similar to that myself. It's looking good, keep up the great work man, and welcome back!

Welcome to the board, we look forward to watching your truck transform.

A little bit of clarification , blindeyed... I didn't wire the lights together, I added a twist wedge base bulb socket to each turn signal housing. If I just wired the parking lights to the turn signals, when I had my lights on the turn signals would not flash. Make sure to use a bulb that is dimmer than the turn signal bulb so the flash is noticeable.
4door, since these are just for driving lights I went with the Xentec kit which ran about $35.
