Hello the original 4d55t head I have needs some work and will cost around 300 to do. I found a 4d56 head for 500. Which should I get? Are there any Benito's to the 56 head?

d56 head has roller rockers/cam
I could not track down all of the necessary parts for a re-build and got a 4d56 head from off Ebay from Texas. So far so good.
