88 with a front lip

so i was driving around today and came across a 88ish mm ( just like my ram50) and noticed he had an awesome front lip spoiler, as i got closer i realized it was a valance flipped upside down just trimmed to fit, regardless it looked sick and Im wondering if any one eles has done anything like this to there truck, and what was the process if done ....thanks guys
