Radio & Cigarette Lighter

Can someone show me some pictures, or video on how to get the radio out? Here is some of the things I have out at the moment.

- Center cover below the ash tray.
- Glove compartment.
- The shield around the gauges.
- The speakers.

When I figure out how to get everything I need out, I need to work on my cigarette lighter. Already checked fuses, but that's not it. It has a short.

Everything about this truck is amazing, just needs some work on the radio and cigarette lighter.
