confused about a cable coming from the tranny

you know i did look in the tank with a mirror and light it was clean as a whistle really shocked me but if it had been dirty then i was going to drop the tank and clean it.

i know it,s been a spell sense i read this post lol sorry bradmph i missed it some how i took your advise on the garden hose ideal neighbors didn't approve they kept wondering why they was getting such bad gas mileage lol
