Ok It's missing latches.
So the only way someone could make it work is if they found some latches.
Me I would say $100 max just because parts are missing and you may, or may not ever find the latches. They are one of the most impotent parts. With out correct ones you can over flex the glass and the thing will blow up.
I was really hoping you had all the parts, then it would have sold ASAP. But this changes everything. What a bummer.
