Make Your Own Gasket

Attached to this thread are CAD drawings of the gaskets the G54B engine uses. I do plan to share additional CAD drawings as time permits. I hope to permanently etch these files onto the internet for the continued existence of our trucks. Feel free to spread these files like wildfire anywhere you want. These drawings were made with QCAD and are compatible with most CAD programs. I exported the drawings to .DXF files which are widely supported across various software platforms. If your software does not support the .DXF format, the file can be exported to other formats. I personally prefer to use QCAD/CAM, LaserGRBL and a laser cutter to make my own gaskets. They come out quick and precise every single time. The gasket paper I use is Karropak by Fel-Pro.
