Won't Start
'84 PowerRam will crank when I turn the key, occasionally it will turnover 1-2 times but will die immediately, but I cant get it to start and run. Battery is good, I replaced sparkplugs, looking for suggestions as to what steps I should take next. I was wondering if it could be the starter? Any help would be appreciated!

Is it getting power to the coil all the time when cranking and in the run position?

was truck running before you changed the plugs ?

Truck was not running before I changed the plugs and how do I check if it is getting power to the coil all the time when cranking?
-
Also check that your battery terminals and grounds are clean and secure.
Generally if a starter cranks at all, it should be fine; they don't tend to just "get weak" with age/wear, tho' they can get sporadic where they crank fine sometimes and don't crank at all other times.

A test light on the + side of the coil. Did You gap the plugs. Also did you change the wires? Because it’s sounding like you messed up the firing order

also
u can quick check if coil is firing. Lightly clamp/ground a good spark plug
remove coil lead from cap center and rig/put it on plug... then crank, look for spark
points gap, or is distributor electronic ?
After cranking with no start, remove plug to see if any fuel on electrode
If truck sat for long, fuel may be stale or carb funky. Pour in 2 caps of fresh gas. See if it runs for a sec
if you have spark and fuel, then it's onto timing
