Upper ball joints the same for '82 2WD and 4WD?

I'm trying to replace upper ball joints and not finding anything that explicitly says it is for 4WD. Will these > https://www.napaonline.com/en/p/PCC10377 < work on my 4WD? Help appreciated--I don't know anything and am trying to bring '82 Power Ram back to life.

From what I can see, the uppers are the same, it's the lowers that are different between 2 and 4WD
