Clutch cable
This post is in regards to a manual transmission 4X4 1986 Power Ram50 which requires a 31.5" length clutch cable...
PROBLEM: My truck had hard shifting because an ATP Y410 clutch cable was installed (it is 32.375" long for RWD trucks)...
FIX: Installed the proper length clutch cable a Pioneer CA-217 from AUTOZONE which measured 31.5" clevis to clevis at the pull surfaces...
Also installed a new Mitsubishi firewall clutch cable grommet;truck shifts much better now... Photos: (Hope this helps folks)
