Tachometer repair

Does anyone know of a shop that will repair the tachometer in a 1990 speedometer/tachometer cluster?

Hm, I'd more likely suspect a fault in the wiring to the tach. Typically it takes a signal off the (-) terminal of the coil, in case that helps you trace/test the problem.
