OEM style fastener source?

Hey guys, I'm looking for a site that has OEM style hardware, screws, plastic fasteners, etc.

I'm specifically looking for the screw grommet that fits in the holes for the OEM speaker location. I designed and 3D printed a 6.5" speaker adapter that mounts to the 4" speaker mounting holes and does not require cutting the door panel up for speaker fit. I've installed 1 but don't have the screw grommets for the other side:(

I measured the holes in the door for the screw grommet, they are about 6.5mm square, I found screw grommets for 8x8mm and 7x7mm holes. I'm wondering if the 7mmx7mm will fit...

Does anyone have a favorite supplier for OEM style plastic clips, etc and screws?

FWIW looks like this kit includes 30 pcs. ea. of a couple different screw grommets, also retainer clips for the door trim cards and more, but might be overkill if you don't expect to need that many or any of the other included fasteners:

Thank you for the reply. I ended up finding a part that looks like it will work with the 6.5mm hole. The screw grommet says it is 7x7mm, fits 6mm hole.
