1991 Mighty Max 2.4 4G64 No spark

Hi,

Truck in the post title will not start. I have voltage at the coil and can make the coil fire by applying power to the power transistor. That leaves the distributor signal generator/crank angle sensor and the ECU to test.

What should I see in testing the crank sensor? I have 12v at the Black/White wire, ground at the Black wire. I have measured voltage between the Red/Green wire and the Black wire (ground) and between the Brown/Green wire and the Black wire while cranking, with a scope. No signal evidently generated. If anyone has specs or testing procedures for this crank angle sensor before I install a new one, they would be much appreciated.
