Welcome, and gratz on the acquisition!
Your wheelbase will be the 116 inch (2950 mm). Macro Cabs just put a shortbed on the longbed wheelbase and filled the gap with more cab. Not sure offhand if tanks differed by wheelbase or bed size.

Welcome!
The fuel system is a return type, fuel pressure regulator under the intake manifold upper section.
My '93 FSM shows 3 different tanks, with 4 different capacities
RWD 2X4 STANDARD BODY -13.7 GALLON
RWD 2X4 LONG BODY - 18.2 GALLON
4WD (no further description) - 15.9 GALLON
3.0L ENGINE - 19.8 GALLON.
In the FSM, the tanks from the 3.0 and the 'long body' appear to be VERY similar,
differences being vapor line routing and extra valving/connections.
hopefully this info gets you a bit further along !

Interesting, when I lookup parts for my '87 Dodge Ram 50 2.6L, they list several suppliers for both types of carrier bearing -- 2WD long wheelbase vs. 4x4, I think? Examine your old one to match the right type. I'd guess the sole one you saw listed was the only one that explicitly listed the '95 MMM as an application -- not sure if that one was listed by mistake vs. an oversight for the other suppliers. That same BCA part # NBHB30 is also among those listed for my '87, but seems like it may be a 4WD type anyway?
