82 ram 50 4x4 axle swap and engine swap

So I'm making moves on the 82 ram...

I chopped the top off with a sawzall and I need to figure out a drivetrain.

Some witnut who owned it before me threw a 2" body lift on amd I would like to remove that. Probably add some Dana 44 axles and fab them in.

Has anyone tried to put a dodge 360 MAGNUM in one of the first gen trucks? How hard is it? What all is needed? I would like to run a manual transmission.

I'm aiming for 3-5 inches lift after I remove the body lift. Then I'll cut some more metal and fit some 33's or 35's under the truck.

Any tips or suggestions would be helpful!

I got some pictures today trying to post them. This thing is beyond a wreck but I've sourced some Dana 60 axles and a mopar 440. Time to cut this thing down to swiss cheese hahaha if it dont fit make it fit!!!
