Rotary swap d50 search

I own a 88 ram 50, 13b rotary turbo swap, I’ve owned it for about a year now and have not found any info on it, or who built it. If anyone know off someone, or knows someone that could have built the truck, any leads are appreciated. Attached is a video of the truck. https://youtu.be/oyW-EMN6eXg
