This part is leaking, is it normal?

Alright, I just replaced the distributor cap of my new power ram 50 along with spark plugs and wires. That was my first time replacing wires and a distributor cap on any vehicle. I discovered some air/exhaust pressure coming out of the part below. Is this normal?

Edit: I've discovered this is the EGR pipe. Probably not normal for this to be leaking. I'm hunting for a replacement.

Might try some jb weld extreme heat and see if that works, only problem is that the crack is where the bends are, never used the stuff but might try it in the meantime as I look for a replacement part.
