Hi all, Been a big fan of Mighty Max trucks for years and finally found one to buy. Is $3200 a lot for 89 mighty max automatic that needs a transmission leak fixed? Also I'm gonna need to replace all the tires. The interior is pretty clean and practically brand new with only 109k on the odo. Any suggestions are welcome

Hi and welcome to mightyram. Pricing is purely subjective. If it's in better than average shape and the miles are legit, IMO it's in the ball park. Negotiate with the owner and see if you can beat him down. Be aware that these trucks are starting to go up in value due to renewed interest in the 80's-90's mini truck scene.
