91 Mighty Max. Long time... Finally here.

Hello, Kyle here and I'm happy to be a member here. I signed up awhile ago, but have just recently got around to starting my truck. It is a 1991 Mitsubishi Mighty Max 2.4L that has been sitting in the Garage (mostly) for about 15 years. It's been almost 15 years since it was last running. I lowered the truck myself back in 98-99, but not much else since then. I have tried to store it the best I could over the years while I was in the military, and now I'm finally at a place in life where I've started working on the truck again. It's going to be a resto-mod with a toyota 5 lug conversion. Otherwise everything will factory as much as possible (with a few minor upgrades like wheels, exhaust, ignition, lowered, etc.).

I love this truck because I was with my dad when he bought it new (in California). My dad gave it to me in 1996, so you can say this is close to being a single owner vehicle. Sadly my dad passed away in 2001 and it's one of the few things I have from him.

QUESTION: where is the best place to start a build thread? Would it be in the 2nd generation folder?

Hi and welcome to mightyram. I'm glad you were able to hold onto your dads' truck, it looks like it's in reasonably good shape. Yep, put your build thread in the second gen section of the vehicle specific threads. There is some great info on brake conversions on the site that members have contributed.
