jack and spare wheel crank

Just wondering if theres a spot for the jack and the crank to release the under tray spare. at the moment they are floating around behind my seat. there is a beaten up bracket under the left hand side of the bench seat that could have something to do with it?

I've had my 85 Ram 50 bench out and it looks like there is a spot under the passenger side for the crank/tire iron and the driver side for the jack. I could use a spare tire crank :)
