Short answer - nope. There's not enough extension off the choke butterfly shaft to attach anything and nowhere to run the linkage mechanism without it getting fouled by something.
Thanks. That sucks. My Holly rebuilt choke won't work out-of-the-box.
The choke doesn't unload and open after the engine warms up.
Is it adjustable?
Old rebuild sat in the box for years Looks great and other than the choke, works like it should.

Decided that rebuilt carbs are probably endless problems so have to bite the bullet and install the good Weber .. the one with the white choke housing!
