Miller ECI checker -- Would this be a useful tool?

This ECI Diagnostic Checker is from a very small Chrysler Dealership in northern Nebraska. Im betting that it was never even used. Box is dusty and shelf worn, but inside the brain box and cables all are clean and in like new condition. Includes Chrysler "Diagnosis Manual for Import Electronic Fuel Systems" Chry#81-699-7021. Also included with this auction is the factory diagnostic manual which is approx 60 pages of information including test and diagnostic procedures with flow charts, wiring diagrams and application charts.
This tool is for servicing DSM, Mitisubishi, Dodge, Plymouth & Chrysler Imports from the 1980's - 1990's. Please check that this tool is one that you need for your specific vehicle.
