What is the stock wheel size and lug pattern for an '84 Ram 50 4x2?

i thought the MMs use 6x5.5 rims?

some came with 14s and others 15s.

I just swapped my 14s out with some mixed 15 inch 6 lug 5.5 inch spacing chevy truck rims. perfect fit.
