This is Rather Unique....

I went to the yard the other day to grab a new control arm, but while I was there I noticed a Montero Sport bumper cover chillin' next to a MM. I figured - "Why the hell not?"

With a bit of trimming, it could make a nice "updated" front end.

I knda like the little extra lip at the bottom.

Not sure if I will go this route because I am a sucker for the 93+ front end, but I figured I would share this either way. It fits surprisingly well.

that looks like a good idea - I have an 89 in need of a bumper, and a yard with a montero sport that I can pull. Is that just set over the mm bumper?

Yup. Slid it right over the top. Some trimming will be needed to line up the arches and sit it nicely, but thats easy.

What year is the bumper from?

I have no idea. I would guess 96-99.
