what electric fuel pump do I need

I'm doing a Weber carb change out and I would like some direction from experienced mechanics. What type of electric fuel pump should I buy? I mean I know from my research that appx. 3 lbs. of pressure is in the range, so do I need a regulator also? I have installed similar systems but only to increase pressure to the carb.Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I really like the Carter P90091 pump for any Weber carb application -- reasonably quiet, perfect native PSI and delivers fuel in a smooth, continuous flow, so no need for a pressure regulator.
