94 Mighty Max v6 4x4 stalling at idle

Hey all, just got my first Mighty Max. Solid vehicle for the most part.

Truck info:
1994 Mighty Max, manual, v6, 150k miles, 4x4, in Alaska

After driving a little bit it will stall after going into neutral.
When it is restarted in neutral it will idle fine until driving and going back out of gear.
Things we've tried:
-New idle air control valve
-let idle for 10 minutes to try and reset ecu idle
-checked for vacuum leaks
-cleaned the mass air flow sensor
-reset throttle sensor to .45v at closed

The check engine light isn't on so I don't think it is throwing any codes.
Any suggestions on what else I could try?

Side note:.
Windshield wipers quit working. Multi-meter doesn't get voltage from the plug in for the windshield wiper motor. Can't figure that out either.

I had a high idle on my 91 V6 that would not start if I went to town (warm) it would not start after I shut off a few minutes later it fired right up. Sent in the ECU to get looked at they replaced the diodes known to leak always good to replace them before they leak and ruin the board. He’s reasonable not the crazy prices some try to get to work on ECUs.

Look on the Gen 2 thread on here he just rebuilt 5 for me I was very pleased with his work.
