4x4 mighty Max transfer case mount

Does anybody know of a source for the mount that goes on the side of the transfer case to the frame? my countershaft bearings went out and on removing the transmission the rubber mount was destroyed. that's 40 year old rubber for ya. I looked around online but all I found was the 2wd mount and the one that goes to the transmission on the cross member.
