I went on AliExpress and bought an oil pan that I think will possibly work on our trucks. After lots of searching and no luck finding a new oil pan under my model and year, I started to search other years and models of Mitsubishi vehicles. To my surprise I found one that looks very similar to the one I have on my 1988 Mitsubishi Mighty Max 4x4. According to the AliExpress description, the oil pan O.E.M number is MD328017 or MD371263. The description says it fits a Mitsubishi L200 Strada Pajero Shogun 2.5T K74T 4D56 4D56T 1996-2007. Here is the link to it and some pictures comparing my old oil pan to the new one. I'm quite impressed with the quality. Looks good, but looks can be deceiving. I'll give an update if it leaks. https://a.aliexpress.com/_mMaMFQa
It's not exactly the same as the one on my truck, but it comes close and looks like it will work. There is some differences as you'll notice in the pictures. Drain plug is the same thread, number of holes on the mounting flange is the same, and the folds on the metal are pretty spot on. The new one does have a barb for a hose coming out of it on the side. Does anyone know if this is something I can utilize? I'll just make a plug and get it welded shut if it's not worth keeping. The baffles inside the new oil pan are also different from the old one. Perhaps, the engineers at Mitsubishi made improvements? Anyways, here are the pictures:
