Gotta question about a coolant leak at the water pipe. When I went to replace the water pump the tube move around and I don’t think the tube/o-ring are fully seated in the pump. Is there a bracket that keeps the water tube in place or am I just not tighten the bolts down enough?
thanks,

Re-posting because I am not sure how to edit.
Good day all, just replaced the water pump and now have a leak where the water pipe is inserted into the water pump. Not sure if it not seated correctly. The water pipe itself is leaning towards the left and I have to manually bring it back to straight. Just wondering if there is supposed to be a bracket that keeps it in place? Perhaps I am not applying enough pressure to slide it all the way in. I do have the o-ring in place.
thanks,

Hey there, new guy here. I just bought my mighty max and did the same thing. If its the pipe I'm thinking of there should be a "bracket" on the pipe itself that bolts to the back of the engine block on the passenger side just above the bottom of the head. I can get a picture maybe when I go out to the shop later for you.
